Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Ensure precision and accuracy during the assembly process to meet quality standards. Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled components to ensure proper operation. Conduct routine maintenance and adjustments to machinery and equipment as needed. Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or issues during the assembly process. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical challenges. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Keep records of assembly and test processes, including logs and reports. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications and Skills Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly techniques. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in the workplace.
