DESIGNATION: Recruitment Executive (End to End Recruitment)

EDUCATION:

• 10th and 12th-With Minimum of 75 %
  
• Either Btech with 60 % or Any Graduation with MBA in HR with 60 %
  

INDUSTRY: IT-Software, Software Services

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
  
• Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications, and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
  
• Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills,
  

training, and education, and inform them of the positions duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions

• Good with stakeholder management, vendor management, and the ability to work cross- functionally with other departments.
  
• Managing Profiles on ATS and updating on regular basis.
  
• Conduct Interviews, complete documentation upload with zero observation, other joining formalities till the candidate onboarded
