Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resource functions, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of candidates for various roles. Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates. Maintaining employee records and data. Ensuring smooth onboarding and induction processes. Managing employee performance and conducting appraisals. Handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts. Organizing training and development sessions. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies. Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
