Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will assist the operations team in handling document automation tasks for US clients. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build expertise in legal operations, process automation, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team in preparing and automating legal documents under supervision.
Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of documents.
Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and document standards.
Maintain documentation, track tasks, and update reports for internal tracking.
Learn about document automation tools and processes.
Follow confidentiality and client-specific legal standards strictly.
Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to gain operational knowledge.

Qualifications:

Any UG / PG Graduates
Basic understanding of documentation and operations workflows.
Knowledge of MS Office suits.
Interest in legal operations, process automation, or legal tech.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
