Position- HR Manager
Qualification- MBA
Experience-5 + Years in Manufacturing company
Skills- Payroll, talent acquisition, labor law, compliance, other generalist activity
Salary- 50-75k
Responsibilities:
HR strategy: Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Manpower management: Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
Employee engagement: Driving programs to enhance morale and increase retention
HR compliance: Ensuring the plant adheres to all statutory requirements
Performance management: Implementing systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Health, safety, and welfare: Partnering with health and safety teams to ensure employee well-being
Employee lifecycle: Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including orientation, onboarding, exits, and employee grievances
Employee relations: Providing advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Policies and procedures: Identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
Employee value proposition: Identifying employee value proposition issues affecting turnover
Training and development: Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs
Employee performance evaluations: Planning quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations
Employee files: Keeping both electronic and paper personnel files and records
