Role & responsibilities
The success of the role will be driven by:
- Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team
- Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up
- Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams
- In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team
- Timeliness and accuracy of data provided in the prepped recon.
- The inclusion of the offshore team in daily huddles and regular communication

Support our onshore team with reports for their reviews. Some of the reports are mentioned below:
Contingent Report
Expiring I-9 Report
I-9 Complete/Not Assigned Report
Weekly Not Clear Report
Weekly 10+ Days to Onboard Report
Weekly RITS Start Confirmations
- Talent Screening support:
Review various screening tools/websites for background and drug test updates.
Upload completed screens to eStaff for audit purposes.
- Email Template Communication
Send templated emails to field team when talent has gone unresponsive at 48/72 hours, as requested by onshore team.
Send adjudication notification

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree
- Prior experience in US onboarding or screening
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing tasks as mentioned in the earlier sections of job description
- Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
- Basic excel and reporting
Job Title: This position will report into Team Lead (or above) as per ROS org structure and needs
Shift Timings: 9 hours(6.30pm-3.30am)
