 Account Manager

Job Description

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the organization
  • Drive the companys growth and profitability through effective business development and client engagement strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, partners, and investors
  • Oversee the development and implementation of company-wide policies, processes, and initiatives
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Skills:

  • Extensive leadership experience in a senior management role
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial and economic landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client engagement
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a successful business
  • Deep understanding of the technology and digital transformation landscape

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement company strategy
  • Overseeing business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals
  • Analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions to support the growth and success of the company
  • Developing and maintaining company-wide policies and processes that align with the companys values and goals

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, Masters) preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make difficult decisions.
