Job Description
- Prepare Business Plan & Presentation as part of Strategic Planning Process/on-going basis.
- Collaborate with Business Head/ Account Management Head to co-create Business Strategy for Channel.
Prepare/roll out Incentive Scheme for Sales Team & RnR Mgt. - Analyzing sales patterns to identify trends and propose initiatives to boost sales.
- Analyzing walk-in / enquiry patterns to help devise sales strategies.
- Co-ordinating with sales, marketing, CRM teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Perform market feasibility studies / market sizing to identify ideal product mix.
- Closely work with the sales team to identify bottle necks and propose solutions.
- Closely work with all stakeholders during project / tower launches.
- Co-ordinate with customer support / back-end teams to ensure smooth functioning of CRM tools.
- Work with finance team to help build payment schemes / subvention plans.
- Identify and propose new initiatives / tools to help improve customer experience.
- Work with BD team to help assess markets and feasibility.
- Work on sales budgeting and sales AOPs for individual projects
