Job Description

Collaborate with Manager - E-Commerce & Website to understand specific requirements and ensure that the IT infrastructure matches with business objectives. Implement updates and improvements to the e-commerce platform and website. Troubleshoot and fix technical difficulties with the e-commerce and website systems. Collaborate with consultants to administer and maintain servers for e-commerce and website operations. Coordinate server upgrades, fixes, and security improvements. Monitor server logs and respond to alerts swiftly. Provide timely updates to the E-commerce & Website Manager on system performance and maintenance progress. Create and implement an emergency response plan in the event of a system outage or security compromise. Perform routine audits and resolve issues in systems and software. Document system configuration for updated records. Implement and monitor security measures for system protection. Administer infrastructure components like databases and malware protection. Install and configure networking hardware and software to ensure a stable and secure network infrastructure. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Manage network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures. Set up user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access control. Plan and implement network upgrades to improve performance and scalability. Implement and manage IP addressing and configure TCP/IP addressing on systems and printers. Stay updated with technological changes and suggest improvements to increase system efficiency and dependability.,
