Job Description
- We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the team of one of our investee companies as a key strategic member. This role will act as the second-in-command to the Managing Partners, providing oversight and execution of all strategic initiatives within the real estate and construction business. Core responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions. Build and maintain strategic relationships to enhance organizational influence and operational effectiveness. Driving long-term and short-term projects directly impacting the organization's financial and business performance Act as the right-hand to the CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives Facilitate smooth coordination among various departments to achieve business goals. Lead critical strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals and boosting our market dominance. Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Drive Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior management or executive support role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to think strategically and analytically. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the Real Estate and construction sector is a plus.
