Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting our company in finding and hiring suitable candidates for open job positions. You will work on a contract basis and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
Responsibilities:
- Use various recruitment methods such as online job postings, social media platforms, job fairs, and referrals to source potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or email screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the job position.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with qualified candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and overall fit for the job position.
- Work with the hiring company and candidates to coordinate interviews, provide feedback, negotiate job offers, and manage the onboarding process.
- Keep track of candidate information and progress in a database or applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring company on recruitment strategies, job postings, and candidate selection to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or contract position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
