Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Business Manager (Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes & Home Interior) Job Summary: As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing both the design and sales functions, ensuring seamless project execution and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of 6 to 10 designers, overseeing 12 to 15 projects per month. Your role will focus on productivity, customer experience, training, and relationship management to drive business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design Management: Oversee the designing of 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis. Ensure high-quality work output from a team of 6 to 10 designers. Lead design discussions and provide training on technical aspects. Maintain and enhance customer experience through effective design execution. Track and improve design Net Promoter Score (NPS) based on customer feedback. Sales & Business Development: Manage the sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates and project bookings. Target and achieve the booking of 12 to 15 projects per month. Train designers to enhance their sales capabilities and meet sales targets. Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales cycle. Team Leadership & Training: Guide and mentor the design team to improve productivity and efficiency. Conduct training programs on design methodologies, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design. Master's/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management (preferred). 3+ years of relevant experience in Interior Design/Project Management. 5+ years of experience in B2C Business Development and Growth. Proven track record of leading and delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects. Minimum of 12 months of managerial experience leading a team. Strong expertise in customer experience management and sales enablement. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes: Ability to drive both design excellence and business growth simultaneously. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in project execution and sales. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to optimize operations.
