Job Description

Job Requirements:

Education:  B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / E&TC)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years in Wiring Harness Industry

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge about Automatic cutting and crimping machine, Applicators maintenance, Pneumatic Hydraulics.
• Planning & Monitoring Maintenance Budget, Cost.
• Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment.
• Breakdown analysis-MTTR/MTBF, WHY- WHY analysis, 8 D reports
• Installation of new machines and their trials.
• Planning & controlling optimum level of inventory & spares, critical spare part management.
• Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
• Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various Types of Machine, Applicators, CKT testing board & assembly board to increase Productivity and equipment reliability
• Study of new WH and calculate investment cost for new projects & required components send to supplier for development of Jigs/Fixture/Tooling.
• Preparation of IATF: 16949 documents. Facing IATF internal and external audits. Closure of Non-conformities within given timeline.
• Responsible for entire plant utilities and machineries maintenance (Komax, Kodera, Schleuniger, Twisting etc.)
• Able to read electrical drawing.
