Chief Technical Officer (CTO) - Edutainment/E-Learning Firm
Experience: 8 + years.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai.
Job Summary:
- The company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of their business.
- You will communicate with employees and stakeholders to ensure that the companys technologies are used appropriately.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.
- They expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

- You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
Job Description:
- Establish thetechnological visionfor the company.
- Define and develop thetechnology roadmapand strategy.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Discover and implement new technologies which can yield competitive advantage.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Undertaking project/s and executing them successfully, new business development / new product development / new research development initiative, taking personal responsibility for execution / delivery of the cases / services to the customers.
- Overseeing all IT software and Hardware projects and operations, comparing data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness, detecting errors, determining work priorities for team members.
- Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
- Strategic thinking.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.
- Hands on experience with complex project management.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Attention to details.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
- 8 years working in a technological role.
Should have experience in these areas:
- Native mobile apps.
- Mobile games.
- Subscription based apps.
- Mobile backend.
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Project management.
- Source code management.
- Release management.
- Continuous integration.
- Testing management.
- Should have current experience in coding.
Educational Qualifications:
- Tech or B.E. from Tier I or Tier II College.
- Masters degree preferred.
