The Company is No 1 company in Home ICU setup and specialized in Critical Care Devices, Corp Health & Wellness and Patient Support Programs. Title: Head- Sales & Marketing- Patient Support Program [Final title will depend on candidate-role fitment] Location: Mumbai-Andheri Reporting Structure: The position directly reports to Chief Operating Officer. PSP Marketing/Ops team will report to this position. Job Overview: The Marketing Head - Patient Support Program will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies designed to engage, educate, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey. This role will involve a combination of strategy development, content creation, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that patients have access to the resources and support they need. The Marketing Head will be responsible for overseeing the patient-facing components of the program, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the patient support program that align with organizational goals and patient needs. Develop and manage marketing plans and initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and utilization of patient support services. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, clinical, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and program delivery. Patient Engagement and Education: Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (email, social media, direct mail, etc.) that drive patient engagement and retention. Develop patient education materials, including brochures, websites, FAQs, and videos, ensuring they are accessible, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction with the support program. Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for multiple platforms, ensuring the messaging is patient-centric, empathetic, and informative. Work with internal and external resources (agencies, writers, designers) to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with patients and caregivers. Digital Marketing and Analytics: Drive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing to engage patients and raise awareness about available support resources. Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns, optimizing tactics based on data insights. Manage the patient support programs digital presence (websites, portals, mobile apps), ensuring content is updated, relevant, and engaging. Patient Journey Mapping: Analyse the patient journey to identify opportunities for engagement and program improvements. Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate program offerings into the broader patient care experience. Partnership Management: Coordinate with external partners such as healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and third-party vendors to enhance the reach and impact of the patient support program. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the program meets patient needs and expectations. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all marketing materials and patient communications comply with industry regulations Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in patient support and healthcare marketing, ensuring the program remains innovative and compliant. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field (required). MBA or advanced degree in a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, in a healthcare, patient support, or pharmaceutical-related role. Strong understanding of the patient experience and how to develop marketing strategies that improve patient outcomes. Experience in content creation, marketing communications, and campaign management. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and empathetic messaging for a diverse patient audience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
