    Job Title: HR Manager Reports to: HR Manager/Director of HR Location: [Shalimar Bagh] Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and providing support to management and employees.   Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration: Assist in the administration of HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. 2. Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. 3. Talent Management: Assist in developing and implementing talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. 4. Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting business objectives. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 6. Employee Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. 7. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR-related data to inform business decisions. 8. Special Projects: Assist in special projects, such as HR-related audits, compliance reviews, and policy development.   Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or assistant role. 3. Certifications: HR degree in other field  certification preferred. 4. Skills:     - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.     - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.     - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.     - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.   What We Offer: 1.
