Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 12-20 Years
Job Description:
Should have experience in both INFRA as well as AMS, as we will supporting applications as well as Infra side of things for Banking.
Banking/Payments domain experience is must.
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Experience of rebadging resources would be great to have.
Experience in stakeholder management and project governance.
Experience in Payments(RTP).
Creates and Maintains Project Plans: Develops, and continually updates, detailed project/program management plans. Develops work breakdown structures based on the project objectives and scope. Ensures PM methodology is adhered to.
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
Manage Project Status Reporting: Prepares status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the client and project team.
Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Incorporates regular updates from each functional team.
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Should exhibit maturity is collaborating with senior members of customer team and establish effective governance.
Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
Should have managed team size of 100.
*Payment experience must to have along with infra, production support, Applications & Infrastructure Managed Services (AMS) exp. must to have it.
Service Delivery Manager with banking/payment and RTP exp must to have with production support exp.
Open for 24*7 support if needed.
