Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Bhopal. The role will involve managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources functions within the organization. The Senior Executive Human Resources will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and policies. Require minimum 4 years experience. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise Strong understanding of Human Resources practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field,
