- As a Senior Executive - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), you will hold a leadership role within the HR function, responsible for partnering with senior management and business leaders to drive the organization's people strategy. Your role will involve providing strategic HR guidance, fostering employee engagement, and implementing talent management initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives. Job title: Senior Executive - HRBP Job Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience: 2+ years of experience in relevant field Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs. Develop a deep understanding of the business units" operations, objectives, and strategic direction to align HR strategies and initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor and influence decision-making processes related to human capital management. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely and fair resolution. Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance on employee retention strategies and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being. Implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events. Address employee concerns and inquiries, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or higher-level management when necessary. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes. Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks. Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are desirable but not mandatory.
