Purpose of the role: The Senior Executive - HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the business unit, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The role requires supporting employee life cycle management, driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the organizations overall success through effective HR solutions. Duties & Responsibilities: Onboarding & Induction: Monitors the execution of well-planned onboarding and induction programs to enable the new employees to settle down easily and effectively. Employee Grievance Handling: Responsible for monitoring, tracking & closing incidents Regularizing good practices for Attendance and Leave Management. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues by offering guidance and support on policies, procedures, and HR best practices. Regular connects with Employees (1-0-1) Performance Management: Facilitate the performance management process, ensure timely reviews, and assist in the creation of performance improvement plans. HR Policies and Procedures: Formulate policies and ensure compliance with HR policies, provide policy clarification, and support managers in enforcing policies fairly and consistently. Employee Engagement: Work on employee engagement initiatives, participate in surveys, and recommend actions to enhance workplace culture and morale. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects that aim to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and align with business goals. Assisting Lead HRBP in CoE projects. Skills Required: Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Adept at resolving employee issues and offering sound HR solutions. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making processes. Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with different department and balance multiple stakeholder expectations. Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage HR projects effectively. Adaptability & Agility: Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred in Human Resources. Work Experience: 3 6 years of experience in the field of Human Resource/HR business partnering.
