Performing Presales and Customer Acquisition Exercises for Key Products & Services
Maintaining Reports and Documentation for Initiatives / Programs involved in Creating Presentations and Pitching / Demonstrating Insights & Data as and when required
Maintaining Operational Records as per requirement
Helping build/validate SOPs for multiple functions
Keeping leaders and supervisors informed of critical information and observations
Engaging with users and customers to perform VOC Exercises/run Feedback Programs
Suggest amendments and plan of action as and when required on the ground level
Required Skill-set
Minimum 3 years of first-hand experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales / Customer Acquisition role. Super strong in communication (verbal/written) [Non-Negotiable]
Great Convincing / Negotiations Skills
Good understanding of delivery aligned to KPIs in terms of Sales & Operations
Basic Understanding of the Healthcare Domain (Non-Mandatory but Major Plus)
Decent knowledge of building reports & presentations (Excel / PPT)
Willing to travel as and when required (10-15% of work hours)
Fearless when right attitude (tough to find but look for this trait)
