Job Description

To comply with the companies act 2013 and other statutory laws   JD   Perform the statutory duties and other legal formalities as
per the provisions of the Companies Act, Income-tax, RBI
and other regulations applicable to the group (including
Non-Banking Finance Company requirements & MFI).

Must have experience in SEBI(LODR)

The job holder ensures that the policies and procedures laid
out are in compliance with all statutory and operational
processes

Ensures compliance of all audit reports, timely completion,
closure of reports etc., 

Manage conflict of interest between directors and the
governance in the best interests of the organisation

Ensures compliance of all audit reports, timely completion,
closure of reports etc.

Taking care of RBI's regulations on Fraud reporting, fraud
monitoring     QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:  
• A qualified Company Secretary with minimum 4 + years
• Experience from NBFC/BANKING/MFI
• Good drafting skills with excellent communication and presentation skills
