- Company Description Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Manager Location: Noida (On-site) Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience Contact- hidden_mobile Email- hidden_email Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead the development of new electronic products from concept to market launch. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of new product initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead New Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring successful execution and market readiness. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into strategic product positioning. Project Management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and manufacturing teams to facilitate seamless product development and launch. Product Development & Prototyping: Define product specifications, collaborate with R&D and design teams, oversee prototype development, and validate product concepts through testing. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges to ensure smooth development. Vendor & Supplier Management: Engage with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components while ensuring timely delivery. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working with sales and marketing teams to optimize product positioning and promotional activities. Post-Launch Monitoring: Track product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and implement enhancements to improve product success. Internal & External Coordination: Cross-Functional Teams: Align efforts with engineering, design, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to meet business objectives. External Partners: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to drive innovation and production efficiency. Senior Management Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and recommendations to drive project success. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in new product development, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or technology sectors. Product Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development processes, design thinking, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrating excellent planning and organizational skills. Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality control processes.
