Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of our Hyderabad-based clients to lead the organization's financial operations and strategy, reporting directly to the promoters. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization, overseeing all aspects of financial management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of IPO processes and share market management to effectively position the company for growth and investor engagement. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive the companys growth, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term financial health. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to the executive team to support decision-making. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and regulatory bodies. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards. Capital Structure Management: Manage the companys capital structure, funding strategies, and investment initiatives. Evaluate financing options and recommend strategies for capital raising, including debt and equity financing. Share Market Management: Develop and execute strategies for effective share market management. Engage with investors and analysts, provide insights into market trends, and manage investor relations to foster strong relationships and enhance shareholder value. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the companys operations and market conditions. Develop risk management frameworks to safeguard the organizations assets and reputation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other executives to align financial strategies with overall business goals. Participate in strategic planning sessions to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact the organization. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth within the finance department. Qualifications: Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required. Company Secretary (CS) certification is Required. A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; a Masters degree or MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience in managing IPO processes and share market activities. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance practices. Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance related to public companies. Skills in IPO and Investor Relations: Proven expertise in IPO execution, including valuation, pricing strategies, and marketing to investors. Strong ability to engage with analysts and the investment community. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights that inform business decisions. Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing a finance team. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.,
