Job Description

We are hiring for company secretary in our head office. The candidates who are pursuing CS and looking for 2 years of articleship will also be welcomed. Job responsibilities To arrange the resolutions through prescribed mode. Finalisation of all forms for all the companies to be filed with ROC Finalisation of minutes/notice/agenda/attendance sheet/consent of the meetings held during the AGM. To complete annual filing of within the given timeline. To work on projects like incorporation of company, trust, closure of company, share demat, transfer of share through demat mode, share allotment, change in object as and when required and ensure necessary filing within given time. Handling Annual Filing, Cost Audit Report, CSR Reporting. Statutory compliance: Checklist of the applicable compliances to be shared with all on quarterly basis and get their inputs. To manage all company secretarial matters Prepare and implement Checklist of the applicable compliances and take compliance certificates from all on quarterly.
