Job Description

Medical Scribe: A medical scribe documents physician-patient interactions in real-time, acting as a scribe to handle electronic health records (EHRs) and clerical tasks, allowing doctors to focus on patient care instead of paperwork. They record histories, exams, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring accurate, complete records while reducing physician burnout and improving workflow.
