Job Description

Designation: NAC Administrator - (L2) Service Window: General Shift | 8*6 Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA or equivalent Experience: 3 Years Experience in Cisco ISE and Switching Role and Responsibilities: Apart from day to day operational and NAC administration and management activity, resident engineer will take below role and responsibilities as listed below. Review configured policies and documented procedures on periodic basis Implement changes to NAC policies & procedures based on requirement Maintain, and troubleshoot the Network Access Control (NAC) solution according to best practices and C-Edge requirements Troubleshooting if there is any legitimate user is blocked Switch/Port Level Troubleshooting Switch/Port/IOS Configuration and RMA Support Firmware upgrades and version management Managing user access through management console. Provide support for user authentication, authorization, and remediation activities as needed. Generate periodic reports and provide metrics, trends related to security posture assessments Maintain a comprehensive monitoring dashboard for the NAC solution Customize reporting templates and dashboards as per requirements,
