Job Description

Supervising the entire hiring and employee onboarding process.
- Understanding and setting the objectives for the Human Resources department
- Handling recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process
- Providing orientation and training to the new employees
- Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager
- Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference
- Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
- Well versed with Excel(VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
