Sales Manager Enterprise Sales/ Account Manager

Location Bangalore Head Office

Designation - Sales Manager Position

Reports to - Regional Sales Head

Objective of this Role - To achieve Sales Targets.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Technology and its application to businesses

 

Experience

  • 8-10 years experience in Enterprise Sales. Skills/Competencies Required
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management Skills o Farming
  • Create and execute account plans.
    • Achieve account specific targets.
    • Upselling & Cross selling
  • Hunting New logos
    • Lead to order knowledge/ experience in closing deals.
    • Should have a track record of getting/ winning new logos.
    • Should have good rolodex of contacts, so that he/she can bring logos immediately.
  • Forecasting and achieving targets Additional Information
