- Handling customer queries & escalations
- Knowledge Base creation
- Testing of product & share feedback, Competition Benchmarking
- Maintaining issue tracker of the process with following being measurement matrix:
First Response Time, Average Resolution Time, Average Handle Time, Consistent Resolutions, Analysing the reasons why customers contact support, Average Reply Time, Escalation during a month
- Process review to be done on monthly basis
- Set up & conduct training for changes done in the system during a month on ongoing basis
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year in stock broking industry
