Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries & escalations
• Knowledge Base creation
• Testing of product & share feedback, Competition Benchmarking
• Maintaining issue tracker of the process with following being measurement matrix:

First Response Time, Average Resolution Time, Average Handle Time, Consistent Resolutions, Analysing the reasons why customers contact support, Average Reply Time, Escalation during a month

• Process review to be done on monthly basis
• Set up & conduct training for changes done in the system during a month on ongoing basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year in stock broking industry
