Job Description
Position: Senior Executive- HR
Role: HRBP
Experience Required: 4 Years
Educational Qualification: MBA HR |MPM | Any Equivalent Degree in HR
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to retain talent proactively and support informed business decisions.
- Ensure seamless execution of all HR programs and processes within the BU.
- Understand the pulse of the BU and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the BU - by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
- Devise solutions and approaches to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Review and analyze employee-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Resolve complex employee issues and grievances.
- Partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions and lead and manage a portfolio of employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Independently manage end-to-end process of the Employee Engagement Survey, from planning, coding, pre-survey engagement, survey implementation to data analysis and formulation of actions plans / engagement strategies.
- Design an overarching framework with innovative employee engagement initiatives that are tailored to the organisations culture and needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- 4 years of experience in a HRBP or a Generalist role
- Displays a sense of urgency with the task at hand.
- Exhibit integrity, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
- Thorough and advanced understanding of HR practices and working across the employee life cycle.
- Comprehend how engineers think, and ways to keep them engaged and motivated.
- Knowledge of local job market and the IT industry
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- High on learnability and ability to unlearn-learn relearn would be a key.
- Team player and influencer who is not focused on titles and willing to pitch in and help out where necessary.
- Ability to hustle and multitask and bring in an innovative mindset.
- Result and customer service oriented.
- Exposure and hands-on experience on employee engagement and various survey tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
- Should have worked on various HR Dashboards.
