Ensure Schedules & supplies are on time
Ensuring an increase in Share of business through existing supplies on time
Maintain relationships with OEM customers and patiently handle customers
Replying to Emails and attending phone calls of customers in case of any shortage issue
Emailing weekly dispatch MIS to customers and internally, ensuring all backlog supplies are on time
Making Sales analytics reports for the respective customer
Maintaining the right profitability for all products
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction by 100% adherence to schedules supplies to respective allocated customers
Ensuring the GRN (for parts & tooling) on time as per the logistics agreement and subsequently tracking/ ensuring collection of 100% payment well within the time
Responsible to give inputs and contribute to device the 3-year (short and medium)business plan as per management guidelines and strategy.
To ensure monthly tentative schedule accuracy is 100%as a checker is to be punched in the system on the 25th of every month and a firm schedule is to be punched on the 29th of every month
Organize Tech shows amongst the allocated strategic customer in line with the business plan.
To send weekly DWM and organize customer action plan in line to meet the end goals as per device BP.
