You will be a key contributor to Informatica s OEM Renewals Team working for Customer Success and Renewals team. The Team is responsible to work in the inbound royalties that come to Informatica from our OEM and Commercial Use Partner Business. We are a highly successful and driven team that takes pride in being recognized as a best-in-class renewals & support organization. Our team works closely with the Sales team, Customer Success and Support organization, and other key teams to ensure both Informatica & customer success. This team is made up of motivated and highly talented members who work across many channels to maximize revenue for Informatica while ensuring our customers success.

Your Opportunity

This is an opportunity for OEM Royalty Reporting position that requires someone with a strong attention to detail, and an ability to thoroughly read and interpret software license agreements. This person should be able to read our OEM and Commercial Use license agreements and understand the specific use case and royalty reporting obligations for each of our Partners. This role will be responsible for reaching out to our partners with reporting obligations to ensure the reports are being sent in on time and ensure the reports are complete with all the information that should be shared. This person will also recognize when royalty reports will require invoicing and/or provisioning. This position will also help maintain, update, and improve our master list of active partners along with the details of what products are being used, reporting cadence, and points of contact. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transferred leads as appropriate. Reporting to the Manager Renewals for APJ, you will be part of an award-winning Renewals Organization of over 500 employees in every region of the world.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the collection, tracking, invoicing, and provisioning of inbound royalties through an understanding of the OEM Partner License Agreements.

  • Track multiple key data points for each royalty-based partner on CRM applications.
  • Take the lead on improving existing processes around managing the royalty business.
  • Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing subscription contracts.
  • Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.
  • Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
  • Must meet sales objectives such as quota requirements.
  • Maintain account team relationships by working with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives.
  • Timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data is required of this role.
  • Maintains contract revenue base at the highest possible retention rate and protects contract revenue stream.
  • Ensures timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrade and add-on opportunities to customers, as well as uncovering additional use cases within customers.


Your Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication/negotiations/closing skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing sales cycles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, data manipulation and other technical skills
  • Ability to work aggressively, be competitive and persuasive, while demonstrating confidence and resilience, and maintaining integrity and credibility
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM application
  • Experience with business application software
