Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory
Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory
Drive acquisition and revenue targets (inbound and outbound)

Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points
Monitor and manage productivity of the team
Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners

Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets
Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability
Manage productivity of Channel partners & FSE
Train and ensure required FSE with distributors
Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks
Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM Selling Outlets
Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & Retailers
Location - Jagtial & Adilabad - Preferably from Telecom / FMCG / Consumer Durable Experience
