Provide End-user Computing support to sites across India which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations and related infrastructure.
High level understanding of all EUC technologies & tools - Patch management, OS (Windows and Mac), End point security, Privilege management, Intune, monitoring, ITSM, Asset Management and Remote support.
Manage deskside and remote support operations.
Simplify the environment so the technology is current and delivers a great customer experience.
Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively.
Implement and monitor IT service management processes like incident, problem, change and capacity management. Work across the Infrastructure and Applications team to ensure effective lifecycle management so the IT tools and services are optimized for the business.
Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail. Take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution within the service level conditions.
Responsible for the management, prioritization, and execution of demand
Identify and prioritize the automation of mundane tasks, service requests and incident resolution.
Drive cost optimization across TVS Credit's IT environments.
