Job Description

We are searching for a Client Solutions Lead to manage relationships with our Marketing Solutions customers, including executing against customers objectives and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. The Client Solutions Lead will leverage their knowledge of online media, superior communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help shape and grow our customers business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing best-in-class customer experience by proactively identifying and solving customer problems.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client-facing role with the expectation of driving and executing campaigns independently and ensuring the campaign is being run as per the goals decided upon.
  • Upsell and Renew clients and have a goal of increasing spends from the client by providing value. Drive customer value and achieve media revenue targets per sales plans provided on a monthly basis and the Service Level Agreement (attached as Exhibit B).
  • Proactively raise customer issues to sales support teams across Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative, etc., and provide ongoing follow-up and customer communications to troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error free execution.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure customers objectives are met.
  • Manage all end-to-end aspects of the customers media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of each customers marketing campaign to ensure customers objectives are met, from making recommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights.
  • Advise customers on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery.
  • Conduct customer education on products and campaign management, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are met

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management
  • Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functional
