Job Details: Solid demonstrable experience selling ERP/CRM/HRM software The ability to aggressively hunt new business The confidence to conduct professional presentations Ability to meet sales targets and work to tight deadlines Strong time management skills and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation and motivational skills Strong mathematical and forecasting skills The BDM Strategic Sales is responsible for achieving the companys sales target Develop a thorough understanding of the technical / functional capabilities of OpenERP / Any other ERP products Proficiently demonstrate, champion and sell the benefits of OpenERP to existing and potential customers Generate new business leads, opportunities and campaigns Support vertical and horizontal marketing initiatives Should be able to manage monitor & mentor Sales Team
