Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Development Manager (RDM) for its Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard high-performing insurance advisors/agents to build a strong sales team.
• Provide training and development support to advisors on life insurance products and sales techniques.
• Drive sales targets through effective team management and business development initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with insurance advisors to ensure long-term engagement and productivity.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2-6 years in insurance sales, agency channel, BFSI, or financial services.
• Skills: Strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and relationship management.
• Preferred: Prior experience in recruiting and managing insurance agents.
