/ Responsibilities Will mostly be working and assisting in the recruitment process Screening, shortlisting and initially interviewing the various open vacancies for the clients Follow up with the candidates until the vacancy is closed Maintain record of the whole process Regularly updating the Team leader on all the aspects mentioned above Qualification MBA / Any Graduate Job Duties / Responsibilities Desired profile of the candidate Strong oral and written communication Should have a positive attitude and the willingness to learn as part of a team Experience & Qualification 1-2 Years

Job description:-

1.We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

2. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offer job positions to the most suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

4. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

5. Performing background and reference checks.

6. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

7. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

8. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Requirements:

1. Must have 1 year of experience.

2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
