Full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating packages, recommending candidates for employment and building relationships with technical professionals.
Must have Non IT hiring exp in BFSI domain
Analyzing the client requirement, understanding the job description properly.
Hands on experience in handling job portals Like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed for lateral/Bulk hiring.
Knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills & strong network in recruitment industry.
Willing to learn and flexible to changes.
Confident and should have a positive attitude.
