- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, specially enterprise finance using SAP or other ERP. Experience in Enterprise IT financial systems implementation using SAP, identifying gaps and driving them to closure. Preferred qualifications: Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership. Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making. Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on high business impact for the organization. Build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities. ,
