Head of Solutions and Strategy BFSI @ GAVS Technologies

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the BFS vertical, aligning them with the overall organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the BFS team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all BFS operations.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative products and services to meet customer needs and enhance market competitiveness.
• Stay updated with changes in the BFS landscape, including technological advancements, industry regulations, and competitive trends.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the BFSI vertical.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree would be advantageous.
• Extensive experience in the BFSI sector, with a proven track record in leadership and management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance products, regulations, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Proven ability to drive organizational growth and achieve targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance practices in the BFSI industry.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar qualifications would be a plus.
