- Job Description Job Title: Network Engineer Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Experience Required: 2-5 years Job Description We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network design, implementation, and maintenance, along with hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems and supporting the organization's IT needs. Key Responsibilities Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on organizational requirements. Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Network Monitoring And Maintenance Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner. Perform regular network maintenance, including updates and patches. Technical Support Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding network-related issues. Collaborate with other IT staff to support and integrate network solutions. Documentation And Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Prepare reports on network performance and incidents. Security Management Implement and manage network security protocols to protect data and systems. Monitor for and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related role. Proven experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software. Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Knowledge of network security practices and tools. Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Desired Skills Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
