Job description

• Looking for minimum Experience between 0.6 months-4 years (OPT Recruiter)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring and capable of getting experienced resources for bench.
• Maintaining an active database of potential candidates.
• Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster , Indeed and social media Platforms.
• Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
• Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.

2) Fixed Shift timings 6.30 pm IST to 3.30 am IST *********( NIGHT SHIFT)*********
