Duties and Responsibilities Develop and generate business for assigned area Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters Monitor & track team performance Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction o set targets Abreast with the competitors practices and market activities / preferences and recommend future strategies Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned area Customer service Attending to customer enquiries / grievances on a timely basis
