The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Global Sales Support organization is looking for Team Assistant, for its Noida site. As part of the team You will be providing assistant support to GSS Leadership team and would be the SPOC for the teams. As Team Assistant, you would be required to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our teams with day-to-day operations.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will be:

  • Scheduling Management meetings (e.g. Leadership team meetings, all hands) and arrangements relating to same (incl invitations, Teams call, venues, etc).
  • Travel support, ad hoc travel changes in shortest notice.
  • Preparing of the Travel Itineraries. Travel tickets and Hotel accommodation.
  • Facilitate expats & visitors coming to BU with all their logistics, travel and other related issues
  • Time schedule/calendar management.
  • Circulation of documents.
  • Relationship building with assistants of other Development Units to facilitate meetings & communications.
  • Preparation of letters and other documents based on given information /input as required.
  • Preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events based on given information as required.
  • Receive and process correspondence.
  • Ordering office accessories, laptops, mobile phones and spending planning support, seating place arrangements, office equipment inventory
  • Arranging team events (birthdays, farewell, team building etc) & dealing with vendors as per demand.
  • Team Communication channels maintenance and creation (including newsletter, weekly blog entries, announcements, official coms., site level campaigns etc.).
  • Taking care of regular statistical data collection/preparation like KPIs, Score Card, Excels with action points, annual execution plan, improvement projects, maintain org chart.
  • Co-ordination & support for special events.
  • Co-ordinate and collate materials for monthly report(s).

Your skills and experience

  • Communication / Presentation skills
  • Strong in English communication both spoken and written.
  • Facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-Tasking / Time Management
  • Change Management skills
  • Strong team player with excellent social skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
