Job Description
- Primary skills Windows AD Knowledge on windows active directory, identity & access management. User access management on windows servers. ITIL knowledge 1. Experience on infra support involving windows servers, datacenter, VMs. 2. Knowledge on windows active directory, identity & access management. User access management on windows servers. 3. Strong Knowledge on ITIL process, hands on tools like ServiceNow. 4. Automation tools like Tanium, MFOO, SCCM, Ansible optional 5. MS SharePoint, able to navigate and maintain documentation. 6. Handle Incidents, p1 major INC calls, troubleshoot issues on access and servers. 7. Good hands on MS office tools, Excel Mandatory. 8. Data handling and reporting, PowerBI optional 9. Good Communication calls, email, chat support Mandatory 10. Willing to work in US shift timings, night shifts and rotational shift 24 7 support, weekend on call support 11.
