Digital Growth Manager
Must have experience in Mobile App marketing, UAC and app install campaigns on various paid and owned media like Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, etc. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective acquisition strategies, launch new marketing programs, build relationships with networks and publishers, and optimize activities for return on investment and cost-efficiency.
- 5+ Experience with proven track record in App Store Optimization (ASO), Running Paid App Install Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics, In-App Communications, Conversion Tracking, Product website/landing page creation, SEO
- The Mobile App Marketing Manager must have strong mobile acquisition expertise to acquire users, promote usage & DAU of Outgrow App and encourage in-app sales.
- One must have an experience in direct-response customer acquisition and performance marketing, superior analytical skills, and possess a blend of technical & business savvy.
- Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs
- Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and new channels to meet objectives
- Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (planning, executing, reporting, monitoring, and optimization. Create a playbook of best practices to be used globally to manage mobile app marketing, with a strong ROI-focused approach)
- Collaborate closely with technical, digital, sales and business teams as well as external vendors to identify needs and help define necessary improvements and new areas for innovation.
- Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further apprise our app marketing efforts. Report on campaigns and overall app performance.
- Ensure all digital campaigns are delivered according to brief, on time and within budget
- Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve campaign effectiveness- including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance
- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication,
- Partnering with the creative teams to advise on compelling ad copies (Images & content) for various mediums and channels, developing test ideas, and managing a/b testing
Tools Expertise: MoEngage, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager ,Appsflyer or their equivalents
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
- Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics.
- The ideal hacker must have a demonstrated ability to create and launch effective mobile app marketing campaigns, segmenting audience and optimizing for best performance, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and supporting aggressive timelines.
