What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Order to Cash Processing team provides services to clients and organizations by helping them in the areas of optimizing working capital, providing Realtime visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team overlooks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. In Order Management, you will be working on administration of business processes related to orders for goods or services. You will also assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology from order creation to order fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.

Lead discussions with client on Customer Credit, Customer Master Records, New Business Model, Billing, Collections, Dispute Management
Ability to carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
Determine if provided information passes Data Quality Review
Generate KPI for supplier creation
Generate Adhoc or agreed reports from SAP within the agreed timelines
Handling email queries from Customer & Internal Stakeholders
Experience in team management can manage team staff accountants, review their work
Timely Updation of process documents and ensure adherence of SOX adherence & client policies
Adhering to SLA/KPI/other relevant metrics

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
