Your Role Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress and changes effectively to all stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and priorities. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Ensure that project deliverables align with business goals and technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and expertise, particularly in Xamarin app development, to project teams. Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team. Understand and have expertise in agile methodologies and program lifecycle and able to conduct agile ceremonies within a program Understand product owner responsibilities and able to manage product backlogs and efficient in writing epics and user stories Understand and able to manage and work with tools like JIRA and Confluence Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Building initial and lasting impressions on the front line with clients who are interested in building relationships with frog Participate in the creation and execution of account strategy in collaboration with account discipline leads Contribute to account plans and reviews, reporting, project kick-offs, and key project deliverable read-outs Your Profile Strong background in premium consulting sales with a proven track record in leading cross-functional business development processes Strong solid business acumen - you understand the concerns a business executive may have, and you can decipher the "business language" to understand how we may be able to translate our offerings to solve their challenges Ability to lead the strategy for a new client opportunity and lead pitch meetings Comfort working in ambiguous environments, both with customers and internally - you work to create structure to keep progress going in all the projects you touch, while also being able to stay agile when business can change quickly Ability to become a trusted advisor to frogs clients Equal Opportunities at frog ,
